I have switched from Copilot to Windsurf A.I. to help me along with tutorials. It is night and day as far as writing code as Windsurf is code specific. I published a new tutorial here for you.
HTMLy is a flat-file blog software with no database that needs less server RAM to run and is, therefore, less expensive to host.
Try it out and see how it works for you. A server with 2 GB of RAM will be all you need. Hetzner and Webdock are the servers I use
